9:59 am - Hah...
Well I'll be damned. I found away around that damn blue screen. Hehehe. I don't know why I didn't think of doing it before.

The reason I haven't posted or commented in a while is because our computer is having a fit of sorts. It won't let you go to certain websites or log into them. We can't figure out if it's because of aol or the computer itself. But I just found a way back into lj through the comment log in. So I'll try posting now.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Been a busy weekend. Seen two movies Land of the Dead and War of the Worlds . I also got a cell phone and parts to fix my car. And tomorrow is Fireworks' Day and everybody's coming over.

I know it's a short update but I don't really have much time to update at the moment. I'll make a huge update I promise.

I've decided to give up on love. But before anyone jumps to conclusions I'm not giving up on love I'm just going to stop looking for it for a while. I've talked to several close people and it seems that this would be the best choice for me at the moment. I will still care for my friends and family but I'm just going to stop looking. As I've been told several times it will find me when I least expect it. So I'm just going to sit down and enjoy the ride. Yee haw.

You Know You're Addicted to DDR When...

You buy a pair of shoes / trainers specially for playing DDR.

You start taking a change of clothes with you to the arcade. So that you have a fresh T-shirt to wear on your way home instead of being drenched in sweat.

You only stop playing due to onset of cramp in your legs.

You carry on playing despite having cramp in your legs.

When everyone else sings "Boom, Boom". You say "Mighty fine dollar" instead of "I want you in my room"

People think you have a stutter when you talk about the game.

You dress in the exact same outfit like the characters dancing on the screen in the background all the time.

You have at least 10 mats for the Playstation in case one breaks.

You steal the panels from the arcade and try to attach it to the playstation so you don't have to play with the controls or buy / use those crappy mats.

You try to find all DDR on icq just to increase your icq list numbers and then brag about how you know all the DDR people in the world.

The local DDR arcade is now into the bottle water business.

You ask your new boyfriend/girlfriend "Have you ever been mellow"

The local arcade now has a private room with a DDR machine just for you.

You vote for your favorite DDR song on your national top 30 song on the radio.

Your personal ambition is to be a butterfly.

Your way of getting to know people is by dancing with them.

You dance on your hands.

You have ripped 14 pants trying to street dance (playing with hands and feet)

You have, through MAJOR alterations, managed to make your DDR mat at home exactly the same as the one in the arcade... down to the plastic arrow your swiped from your neghbourhood arcade...

You refuse to wake up from your sleep every morning to go to school, because you dream that you have eternal credits in the DDR machine.

You find yourselve banned from your neighborhood arcade for spoiling 7 machines with your extreme dancing style.

People at the arcade start asking you to change their money instead of going to the operators.

You dance on the 2nd side of the machine, while player 1 is playing his own, single player game...

Songs that you used to dislike are good now, since they were featured in DDR...

You start to wear a white hat, one glove and grabbing you crotch a lot.

When seeing an attractive women in high heels, your first thought is 'how can she play in those'.

At the arcade, you have more entourage than Madonna, Britney Spears, and Beyonce all put together.

You see arrows when you close your eyes.

You see arrows regardless of eyes open or closed.

You tap away steps on your fingers regardless of where you are.

You start doing DDR steps, in the middle of nowhere, regardless of where you are

You have important work to do, but load up DDR or Stepmania instead for a "quickie"

You can name any song on any mix, and sing along.

You know what Delight Delight Reduplication and Diet Diet Revolution are.

You had most/all of DDR Extreme on your pc before it even came out.

You can remember the exact date when DDR Extreme came out.

You whistle DDR tunes

You have DDR ringing tones on your mobile.

You play DDR Music while you work on your PC.

You copy DDR Music to play in your car or on your mini/cd player

You have every single DDR game on your consoles

You are in love with one of the DDR background characters, and/or you can name them all.

You download DDR competition videos.

You have AAA'ed a Expert/Heavy song on the arcade machine.

You have mastered all the songs on doubles on any level.

You only play DDR at the arcade, no other game is interesting enough.

You actually get these jokes and pass them on to other friends who are addicted to DDR.

My weekend has been quite busy. We graduated Friday (FREEDOM!!) and ended up running around town going to parties that weren't really parties but it was fun anyways.
Saturday was a graduation party for myself,my brother (he graduated a week earlier from college) , and my friends Shane and John. There was a few people there from mom's work, some neighbors, and Shane's girlfriend Tori and her friend Breanna. Shane didn't get there until after we had left to go the park. He came up there at the same time Ashley did (grr). Ashley ended up leaving (hurray!) and we went to Rivergate to ass off for a while. I will say this, seating 5 people in Shane's car is kinda cramped. On the way there John was hitting on Breanna (very inappropiate) and made me and Shane angry. Breanna was feeling down (her business not mine) so I offered her a piggy back ride. She jumped on my back and I walked all the way to the entrance with her on my back. We went into FYE looking for new cds. Shane, Tori, and John were huddled around the heavy metal section of the store, Breanna was wondering around, and I was looking for the new Gorillaz cd. Shane had to go to the restoom so I told him where the closest one was. A few minutes later I got bored and told Breanna I was going to Suncoast and asked her to tell Shane were I went. She asked if she could come along and I said ok. We stopped at Spencer's, then went to Suncoast, and finally went to Hot Topic were we meet up with the rest of the group. As we were leaving John shot out in front of us with a angry look on his face. Tori and Breanna asked me and Shane what was wrong with him. We told them we didn’t really know but we had a idea.
After we left the mall we went to Starbucks and I bought drinks for all of them (my treat) and headed for Best Buy to find cheaper cds cause FYE charges to much. Picked up the new Weezer (drools) and headed home.

current music: weezer- this is such a pity

Here you go Ken.

1: What is your favorite fighting game? Are you any good at it?

Hmm... That's a good one...I would have to say Soul Calibur 2. No I'm not very good at it cause I'm more of the button mashing type ^^ But on the console version I've almost beaten the Weapon Master mode.

2: Explain your fascination with Samurai, because I think Ninja are so much better.

I am fascinated with samurai not because of their weapons or violent history. It is simply because I am impressed by their code of morals and their sense of honor. How they dedicate themselves to something mind, body, and soul. How they would put their lives on the line just because they believed something was wrong and would not do it even if commanded to. How they have pride in themselves how they are so sure of themselves. That's something I wish I was able to do in my life.

3: What do you think of my livejournal layout?

It's very tasteful and quite lovely. Did you do the artwork yourself or did someone else do it for you?

4: Describe your dream girl.

Damn it Ken. This is going to be a hard one.

*Sighs* Here it goes. I guess physical features first. She would be my height or taller, hair about shoulder length or middle of the back, hair color black, brunette, or red head, eyes brown, green, grey (glasses are a plus), wieght should be less than mine (220), should take care of herself.

Should have a good personality, like to laugh, enjoy my company as much as I would enjoy hers. Have similar interests to mine. Should be as smart as me or smarter (hey I like smart girls), should also have common sense (cause I don't have none ^^). Uh...I can't really think of anything else. Oh wait I can. Should know how to get under my skin ^^

5: Homeslice? or Homeskillet?

Homeskillet. Homeslice sounds like you got cut off from like a piece of pie or something. Homeskillet isn't much better then homeslice but I prefer it over homeslice.
